well, either you have a very fast metabolism. ( if you are very skinny than you most likely do ) Or if you are really used to eating a lot of food daily than your body is used to consuming a lot of food in one day. If you have trouble with your weight, than i would suggest cutting back your portions of food, and go hungry. Not starve yourself, but if you cut back on your portions, than your stomach will eventually shrink in size, and you will get fuller more easily and you will not be as hungry as often.
