Why do I sometimes hear my thoughts like a whisper in my ear I know the difference between a thought and a whisper But why is this happening I don't wear hearing aids?

You hear yourself think like a whisper in your ear because the function is going through your brain.
Sometimes i here myself too!But it doesn't happen when you are wearing hearing aids because your blocking out everything.
