yes for there prayer
They should be on valid minor and major wash (or wudu and ghosl)
In Islamic rituals, the wudu foot wash is performed by washing each foot three times, starting with the right foot. This involves washing the entire foot, including between the toes, with water.
When you break wudu, which is the Islamic ritual of ablution, you become spiritually impure and must perform the purification process again before engaging in prayers or certain acts of worship. Common actions that invalidate wudu include using the restroom, sleeping, or losing consciousness. To restore wudu, one must wash the relevant body parts: the hands, mouth, nose, face, arms, head, and feet, in the prescribed order. After renewing wudu, you can resume your religious practices.

I don't know about Hindu's but Muslims wash their feet as far as the ankle 3 times as part of Wudu (the washing pattern completed before offering prayer).
1. Intention 2. Say 'Bismillah' 3. Wash your hands 4. Goggle your mouth 5. Put water in your nose 6. Wash your face 7. Wash your arms... including the elbows 8. Wash your head and ears 9. Wash your legs till your ankle
Wudu or minor ablution is to make the intention for wudu and then mainly washing your face three times, washing your arms starting with the right arm; up to and covering the joint; three times each, wiping your head or part of it, washing your feet;up to and covering the ankle; starting with the right foot, three times each. There are other sunnah doings in Wudu. That is before washing face you wash your mouth three times then your nose three times and before washing your feet you wash your ears and your neck back. Refer to question below.
No, sneezing does not break wudu (ablution).
No, drinking water does not invalidate wudu. Wudu is only invalidated by specific actions such as using the bathroom, passing gas, or losing consciousness. Drinking water does not nullify wudu.
A mosque wash room is where Muslims go and do ablution (Wudu) if needed. This means that are allowed to pray (do Salat) in front of their god, Allah. They go into the wash room; if needed; before they enter the main part of the mosque and pray.
A fart that is audible and has a smell breaks wudu.
You don't have to have wudu to make du'a, but it's always better.
