The Nazis were Christians, so they didn't have a problem with other Christians except for nationalistic reasons.

Some direct quotes from Adolf Hitler:

"Today Christians ... stand at the head of [this country]... I pledge that I never will tie myself to parties who want to destroy Christianity .. We want to fill our culture again with the Christian spirit ... We want to burn out all the recent immoral developments in literature, in the theater, and in the press - in short, we want to burn out the poison of immorality which has entered into our whole life and culture as a result of liberal excess during the past ... (few) years."

"National Socialism neither opposes the Church nor is it anti-religious, but on the contrary it stands on the ground of a real Christianity . . . For their interests cannot fail to coincide with ours alike in our fight against the symptoms of degeneracy in the world of today, in our fight against a Bolshevist culture, against atheistic movement, against criminality, and in our struggle for a consciousness of a community in our national life . . . These are not anti-Christian, these are Christian principles!"

The Nazis disliked atheists, though:

"We were convinced that the people need and require this faith. We have therefore undertaken the fight against the atheistic movement, and that not merely with a few theoretical declarations: we have stamped it out."

"Secular schools can never be tolerated because such schools have no religious instruction, and a general moral instruction without religious foundation is built on air; consequently all character training and religion must be derived from faith..."

Actually Nazis do not hate catholics. Germany lost the war. There are no more Nazis. However, they did hate Catholics during World War 2. A number of Catholic priests helped a number of Jews escape the Nazis into Switzerland and Romania. The Jews went from there to Israel. The protestant pastor Niemoller complained that only 50 protestant pastors were in the concentration camp with him for helping the Jews while 450 Catholic Priests were in the same concentration camp. He wondered what was wrong with protestants.

They thought that they were better than others, they considered that the others did not and should not have the right to live in a society with them. That the lesser races (everyone else), on a scale from more acceptable to less acceptable should know and stay in their place.

What was the reason the Nazis targeted the Jews as the people to dislike?

Jews were a very convenient target for the Nazis to choose. When Christianity first swept through Europe, every tribal or ethnic group adopted it except for the Jews, who stubbornly insisted upon keeping their own religion. This was resented by Christians, and as a result there was over a thousand years of persecution of Jews even before the rise of the Nazi party. So, the Nazis were simply extending an existing tradition.
