Well Pakistan is a very beautiful country but if you go to Britain you will always see ppl littering and mostly Pakistanis it just depends where they live I know many Pakistanis in Dubai that have littering problems they throw trash soda cans any candy wrappers on the ground. And mainly those Pakistanis that do labouring in Dubai have alot of littering problems.
