Peacock's try to avoid predators as much as anything else. Their tail can confuse people. When Peacocks flash their feathers, it can shock and mesmerize predators because of the design of the feathers. The "eye's" on their feathers have a bowl shape which reflects light, creating an image to animals that the peacock has multiple eyes, much like a butterfly. A butterfly's wings are shaped the same.
cause they want to
Animals that avoid the sunlight do not want to be seen by predators.
Peacocks do not "dance" in the rain, but if they want to they will use the rain to take a bath in, which might look like they were dancing.
mostly birds do. if you want a bird species the blue-footed booby struts plenty. turkeys and peacocks as well.
She doesn't want to be seen with him
by using their feathers. as u can see if a peacock lays out or shows his/her feathers it looks like their is thousands of eyes. so by using their feather they defend themselves from their prey. if that doesn't work then i think they run!!
Well actually other than in mating season peacocks are solitary birds. If in the wild two peacocks meet they begin fighting immediately. The winner continues on his way while the loser more than likely dies.
I would suggest taking them to a romantic dinner, perhaps, to get them in the right mood and more comfortable with each other. Breeding is an emotional commitment as well as a physical one, and you want to be sure the peacocks are ready to be in that kind of a relationship.
Kill them
It looks like tons of eyes so it scares away predetors near it that want to attack the peacock.
want candy?
Oxidation is what is seen in on Lady Liberty. If you want to be even more specific, the color of Lady Liberty is verdigris. Other cases of oxidation can be seen if you look at pennies in a wishing well.
