Most guys will hang with one girl, their girlfriend. If you are with a bunch of girls in general, it is assumed that you have the same interests as they do and must be gay. This doesn't have to be true, you may just have common interests. I assume you are in Middle or High School and there is no way to win when it comes to what other people think.
