Balloons pop in hot air because the plastic expands to the point were there is a small hole... Lol im just joshing you I have no idea.

The real reason a balloon pops in hot air is because... the gas particles inside the ballon are getting energyfrom the hot air so they move around more which means they need more space. So the balloon expends (because the space in between the particles has increased) to the point that there is no way the balloon can expand anymore so it has to pop!
