Instead of giving you some scientific reason about why we need sleep, I'm just going to keep it simple:
We no sleep, we go cray.
Without sleep, we start seeing things. We just get tired and then we pass out. It's as simple as that.
Well to be completely fair, you can go to bed at any time of day.
But think about it this way, we are not nocturnal creatures, and the sun gives us energy. (Vitamin D, remember?) So mostly just human habit.
In fact, some people (like in the far north) go to sleep in the day because it is total night for an entire season!
bats don't sleep at night. They sleep during the day, then use echo location at night to find food, and to find their way around
many animals such as cats sleep for up to 18 hours a day, so they dont just sleep during the day
because theyr'e tired!
nocturnal animals sleep at daytime and daytime animals sleep at nighttime or for short nocturnal animals are the opposite of humans!!
they sleep at daytime and are playing at nightime. They are usaly not seen.
because the bats are nocturnal animal.nocturnal animals are sleeping at daytime and they were finding foods at night
People are supposed to sleep in daytime
it depends on what animal you are talking about because nocturnal animals sleep in the day and hunt in the night and some don't sleep at all.
Non-nocturnal? Diurnal - awake during the day/sleep at night
daytime
Ferrets sleep all day because they are 'DIURNAL' animals. Diurnal animals are animals which sleep throughout the day and are active and also eat there food at night. However humans are 'NOCTURNAL' because they sleep at night and are active and eat during daytime.
They are not strictly nocturnal or diurnal, but are more active in the daytime.
All animals live in the daytime. Those that are active are called diurnal animals.
They didn't sleep in the day, they worked.
They are daytime animals.
