I went outside this evening in my car to pick my daughter up from her friends house. As I left my drive and drove to the end of my road, I see something unusual that I have never seen before. There were three cats gathered together in a circle like they were having a chat, I've googled this question but cannot get any answers. Does anybody have any ideas.
maybe they were from hogwarts :-)

∙ 12y agoI Had The Same Question When I Was Younger, But i Think When Cats Get Older They Kinda Go Loopy and Don't Care What They Do they Just Let There Body Go Wild. For Example, My Cat Fuzzy Mutt Was 20 Years Old She always Used to Stick Her Tounge Out, But She Forgot to Put it back In every time so we would have to tap her tongue to get her to put it back in. We Also Had A Cat Name Felix He Was Somewhere Around 16 Years Of Age Everyday when we fed him he walked and walked in circles it was just because as when cats get older there kinda goes to mush just like sometimes it happens with elderly people.

∙ 12y agoDogs and cats don't necessarily sleep in circles. They do so if it is cold, but can sleep in any way. Depends on the size and the specific cat or dog. Weather and temperature also plays a role.

Why do your dogs act like every things okay and let cats sleep on them?
It's more about the fact that the dogs can trust the cats and the cats trust the dogs. When this happens, both parties are very calm around each other to the point where they don't feel the need to react negatively, and are comfortable enough to sleep with each other, or the cats sleep on top of the dogs. Cats won't go near a dog if they don't trust them or suspects that the dog will not be nice to them. Dogs won't go near cats if they don't trust them. But if either parties are not like this, then they have nothing to worry about.
