A lot of guys see a taken girl as a challenge. It's sort of: not only do I have to get her to be with me, but I also have to take her away from her boyfriend. That's incredibly low of those guys, but it does happen.
Not all guys do this and it could be perfectly reasonable to assume some guys don't even know you're single, you may also think some guys are flirting with you when they're in fact just being nice.
Because I don't know you or your situation, I can't really help you any further other than saying it's not really about the fact that they flirt with you; silly people will do silly things. What's more important is that you turn them away, forget they ever made those out of order moves, and move on with your life with your boyfriend.
