Why do cars disappear when you get far away from them in the video game 'Grand Theft Auto San Andreas'?

Answer

This has nothing to do with the game concept.. this is purely based on your system.. Let me put this in simple words.. when you use any car in GTA, the data is stored in RAM. So, when you don't use it or when you are not in visual contact with the car, the memory (or in this case, the car) becomes inactive and is no longer needed(as per the game), so it simply gets erased...in other ways this also happens to me me BUT as it does just get erased you could get frustrated so take it as the car drove away.
