It's a "this feels good" reaction. The area on their rump around their tail is an erogenous zone, so is very sensitive to touch. Scent glands are found at the base of a cat's tail, so by pushing against your hand, the cat is transferring its scent onto you, and vice versa. This is usually seen to be a sign of ownership and affection.
They stick their tail in the air when they're greeting someone or they're happy, so when they move their tail up their butt lifts with it. xD
Well, my cat does that a lot and I think its to "absorb" the pet more when you pet them if that makes sense. When they put their tail in the air it means they're happy.
The hamster is in 'heat'.
(Heat means ready to mate.)
It's because of the way it feels... Like when a male cat tries to mate with them...
They are probably tensing the muscles in their butt. Maybe it's just a reflex, but the cat might not like it.
I don't really know, but my two cats do it all the time. I think they have an instinct to do it.
Yes, but its better if you don't. Hamsters are awake only at night. If you wake them up during the day, they will sometimes bite, or jump up in a fright. If they are nice hamsters they will not be mad.
Petted is a word.I got into a debate with my six year old daughter about this today. It shows up in the online dictionary, http://www.thefreedictionary.com/petted , and in an old 1984 Webster dictionary. Petted is definitely a word.petted is not a wordNo it is pronounced pet because petted doesn't make since when you say you petted the dog. When you say I pet the dog it makes more sense.I beg to differ, when you say "I pet the dog." it implies present tense or something you would do now. Using pet in a different way one could say "I was petting the dog." But for some sentences petted would be appropriate, "The dog was petted yesterday." is grammatically correct especially when compared to "The dog was pet yesterday." As you can probably see, the second variation implies present tense but does not agree with the tense implied by yesterday. Lastly, one who really wishes to explore this topic might check any dictionary under the inflected forms of the verb pet.
No, you don't. The only reason you should ever if the animal was being bad. Hamsters don't understand that tho, cat can on certain situations, but hamsters do not. and also only qualified animal handlers pick hamsters up to check the sex of the hamster like they did with my hamster
Guinea pigs DON'T have tails. Therefore they cannot get wet tail, but they CAN get diarrhea, this looks the same as wet tail and can therefore be quite easy to get them mixed up.
well right now I know that they do love a lot of veggies. Including; carrots, lettuce, celery. They do enjoy those but make sure to cut them up! Uh I know they love hard corn and sunflower seeds and those yogurt things you buy at the store. Fresh fruit of any kind that is soft not hard. Sticks small.
Hmasters tails go up because they are very happy, just like dogs. If you need anymore info about hamsters email me @ AnimalLoverAubree@gmail.com
It's just a reflex when they are petted. They just do it so they can get petter/scratched down their back.
to play, be clean, stay up late, and be petted
Hamsters live from 3 up to 12 years.
You can tell if something is wrong with your hamster if it starts acting different to how it normally does, waking up later, not coming out for food, being irritable etc. Also when hamsters become ill, many lose their hygiene of going to the toilet properly, their tails may be sodden with wee.
Teddy/Plush hamsters are easier to pick up than live hamsters. Live hamsters move and may bite unlike teddies that stay still. . Syrian Hamsters (sometimes called TeddyBear Hamsters at Petstores) move slower than dwarf hamsters so they usually are easier to pick up. Also, they usually are less likely to bite, but they aren't too different from dwarf hamsters.

in anime he only goes up to 4 tails in manga he goes up to 8 tails
10 coins would be tails up.
I would say their the same because tails beats up anti tails and anti tails can beat up tails their clones so my guess is their the same but they know how to hurt each other like for example anti tails knows how to hurt tails feelings but that might not affect him even though he says mean things
