Because long long ago... actually we should start out with some back history. Cats and dogs originally came from two separate planets. The cats took there intergalactic-kitty spaceships over to the dogs planet. When they arrived they were dry humped by all the dumb dogs over and over again. The video feed was sent back to the kitty's homeland. Both the dogs and cats came to earth, because there planets were too crowded. Neither knew that the other was coming, however this was nothing they could do when they got here. So cats are afraid of dogs, because they don't want to be dry humped.
