Why do cats shiver when see small red lights?
they think its the red light district...
Cat's are actually attracted to small lights of any color. Red just seems more appealing because most laser pointers are red. The motion of the light is similar to a bug or another small prey. Cats instinctively are attracted to prey, because they need to eat to live. Evolutionarily, that is how they have survived up to this point in history.
You are operating a powerboat at night You see only red and green lights on another boat What do these lights tell you?
White Lights on the Rear of a Vehicle Most traffic codes [laws] are very specific that no lights on the rear of a vehicle be any color other than red or amber. However, there are two exceptions and they are: White lights to illuminate the license plate commonly called license plate lamps. White lights which only come on when the transmission is in reverse gear and these are called "Backup" lights.
It works practically like ours but they can only see certain colors and can tell the difference between red, blue and yellow lights, as well as between red and green lights, they also see better than us at night because they hace a tapetum lucidum which is a reflective layer behind the retina that sends light to the retina but it reduces seeing in light Hope this helped, TIKI
