How nice of you to ask. Make your bed. Put your dirty clothes in the hamper. Pick up after yourself and keep you room clean and neat.Be ready for school and activities on time. Ask if help is needed to set the table for dinner, or clear after you eat, and offer to wash/dry the dishes. And anyone big enough should take the garbage out. If you have a pet, ask what you can do to help care for the pet. Yard work [ on the weekends ] and mayer shoveling snow if you're big enough and your parents are older. And always let your parents know where you are, as worrying where you child is takes more energy than anything.

∙ 11y agoJust help them as much as you can in chores, for example, taking care of your baby brother or even things like washing the dishes. You can take up a job and earn money towards your future or their home maintainance. Im no parent, but if I was one, I would just want my children to be happy and well provided for. So basically, be happy and show them that you love them.
