Dogs lick your face and skin because they like the taste of salt. They tend to lick your face because your head is usually near theirs and it is the closest thing to lick. A dog licking your face is no different than then licking your hand or any other part of your body for that matter, and it doesn't have any adverse effects for them.
You shouldn't, because it is too harsh for their skin. You should use cat shampoo, or if you don't have any cat shampoo, you can use baby shampoo, but not dish soap nor regular human shampoo for adults.
I am a dog trainer, never have I heard this or seen this behavior, all dogs are different but this is not common. I train pets but mostly working, service, and hunting dogs. Many of the commands I teach are hand signals, I point at the dog I want to do the said task, call it by name and give it a hand signal.

Pugs are a distinctive breed of small dog. Generally, dogs do not purr. Cats, on the other hand, do purr.
Dogs usually have 4-10 puppies. In rare cases, they can have up to 14. (The record is 18!) Sometimes, but not always, a puppy will die. 'Runts' of the litter do not get a lot of food, they can die. If you hand-feed them, they have a better chance of surviving and likely will. Or, you can watch the pups nurse and give each pup a good supply of food.

* i would certainly hope not however I have seen dogs that get aggressive towards their pups/ dogs and have attempted to harm them ** Yes, if they are stressed, or if they haven't had good parenting themselves. Parenting, even among dogs, is learned behaviour. If a mother dog is harming the new puppies, she might easily cause their death. On the other hand, removing the puppies could cause the mother to reject them. It's very difficult to know whether to step in and take the puppies or remove the mother. Sometimes it's enough to put the mother in a separate area for a while, where she can see the puppies but not reach them physically. The best course of action when a mother dog is acting aggressively towards her puppies is to call a vet for advice on the particular situation.
Why did you glue your hand to your face ? o.0
Yes they can, but it is unusual. Children should be careful and wash their hands after playing with them. Also not a good idea to let puppies and kids roll around in the dirt together as well. Teach the kids to offer a hand or arm for the puppy to kiss (lick) rather then the face.
hand raise them
Tennis balls. Anything you throw at them they are more than happy to get. Border Collies are the throw-the-ball kind of dogs instead of the in-your-face-cuddly dogs though they can be at times. That is unless you have a ball in your hand.
by your right hand under the puppies belly and your left hand supporting its head
yes u can but sometimes the mother wont accept the puppy so u will have to feed it by hand
right hand
I've heard of litters of up to 15 puppies in some breeds. The number of pups in a litter will vary depending on different factors: the breed, how tightly bred the litter is, health of the female, sperm count of the male, etc. Small dogs will produce smaller litters than large dogs.
the back of the hand is like get out of my face.
