No. A black hole is an object that exerts such a gravitational pull that nothing, not even light can escape. Our pupils appear dark because little light escapes them, but some does. Most of the light that enters the eye is absorbed by the interior of the eye through processes not related to gravity.

If our pupils were black holes they would exert an extremely powerful gravitational pull on their surroundings. This is obviously not the case.
