As the question is posted, no, farmers do not have the right to shoot any animal, endangered or otherwise.

NO! They are an endangered species. Don't shoot it.
These are state laws, you have to check your states EPA site. However, you can never shoot endangered animals, nor the bald eagles.
The Ivory billed woodpecker is the most endangered woodpecker.
Yes, farmers are allowed to have guns, but they are not allowed to shoot or kill animals for poaching purposes. In most countries, farmers need to have a license in order to own a gun. If they or their livestock are threatened by any sort of predator, they are allowed to kill that predator.
It depends where the horse is if it is in the wildlife it would be more endangered than a farm or ranch. Horses don't really get indangered because people don't want to kill them like with cows for their meat. A horse would be endangered if it was lame (hurt on the leg) because horses legs don't heal that easy so some farmers have to shoot them.
dont ever shoot them
A poacher is a person that trespasses on private property to shoot or catch wild or endangered animals! I think that it is someone that hunts without a license and not necessarily during the given season in which to hunt. people who hunt animals illegally. people who hunt animals illegally.
Because of people shoot them for the iron in their horns
Killing an endangered animal is wrong because the animal is one of the last of its kind. Killing it only insures the species that the animal belongs to will die out more rapidly. Killing endangered animals is also illegal and can result in fines and jail time.
