What do you do if your fish can not swim?
Well if your fish is a goldfish, it probably has swim bladder disease. The fish's swim bladder helps it to stay balanced as it swims. If your fish is not able to swim, there could be internal damage from another fish, or, it could have swim bladder. Maybe try calling your local pet store to see what they can do for you. :)

How do gills and swim bladders work?
well, unlike other types of fish or shark species most swim bladders kill over half the population of fish in the world so that tells you what swim bladders do nothing. And gills are to help the fish breath so we have lungs to breath out of fish have special under water lungs so really fish don't have much to worry about under the ocean other than getting killed. this person is stupid because fish don't get killed by swim bladders!!!! swim bladders create buoyancy in the fish which means how high or low it floats in the water!!! its common sense o_O

Which fish can not swim?
I guess a dead fish would not swim too well and neither would a shark that has been prey to shark fin hunters. I do not know of any living normal fish that can not swim. Fish can rest for a few seconds and not swim than but if a fish stops swimming than its vital organs stop working. Exactly. The dead fish can not swim...
