If you can afford a greenhouse yes...
Or if you can make a cheap homeade one...
Use some sort of clear outer container...
Dirt or paper towels that are wet... (The paper towels are better used to get a seed to sprout)
Then do the dirt...
Make sure there is a fair amount of water in the container and it is large enough for the plant...
Then a heat lamp(or a more expensive artificial sun lamp) can do if you have cloudy winters in your area...
EDIT: I remember seeing it also being done with a regular light bulb(the artificial sun part)
they receive a cold mist or frost on the plants
It is thought to be the shortening length of daylight.
it falls down snow and cold

Spring has melting snow, and flowers start to sprout. Summer has green grass and all the flowers sprouted. Fall has all the leaves fall off the tree and Winter has snow on the ground
Rev. Robinson preached and recorded a Sermon called "Don't Die In The Winter Time".
Well,It depends on wich flower it is, most flowers like spring i think its winter but it depends on the flower. Winter is i think the answer because flowers cant grow in that cold weather and that flower can die in that weather too.
because they are winter seasons flowers and grow.

You don't have to wait until the spring to plant flowers in your yard. There are flowers that you can plant in the fall that will survive the winter months, and the bloom in the spring when the weather gets warmer. These flowers often come in the form of bulbs that are planted in the ground. Make sure you water them and plant them in the sun so they can get heat in the winter.
