Clinics need legal authorization and licenses to perform circumcision.
No, circumcision is the removal of the foreskin of a penis. I suppose if someone removed the "hood" of skin over the clitoris on a female, that would be considered circumcision. That may be done in some countries and cultures, but not in USA.
Is it legal to remove body parts from an individual without a medical need and without their consent?
You need to ask the doctor about that.
sadly when requested, babies will have their genitals mutilated at the request of the parents (as long as they are a boy, illegal to do to girls)
yes, you only need to the sperm to fertilize an egg
You need to be extra careful so the wound can heal.
Male circumcision is STILL a requirement, just like it is for Jewish people. However, female circumcision is NOT a requirement and is only a cultural practice. Many that still do this is due to lack of education and knowledge. It is sadly still practiced in some parts of the world. But it is taught with education of the health risks behind this (lack of medical knowledge of the person preforming this, or clean equipment) by leaders and the message IS getting across. In Somalia they have now stopped this practice.
Roll it forward if it's the normal way for your foreskin to be. No need for a circumcision unless you have pain.
You need to wear loose, cotton underwear and you can sleep on your back or side.
During sexual stimulation your foreskin naturally tends to retract, you do not need a circumcision to have intercourse. It is mostly done for cultural or higienic purposes.
