Normally yes, its their annoying way of making it really hard for us girls. You can try take it and give it back, guys like girls who can give it back to them just as well and you can make it cheeky and flirty or play hard to get, if they know you like them and like you back, seeing that you are not impressed should whip them into shape. Either way its hard to do but the main thing I have learnt through the years is to be carefree, if you don't worry about the opinions of others you will get further.
