They shake because they are cold or hot. ---------------- Guinea pigs shake so much because they are so small. I mean, look at a guinea pig. Look at you. What's NOT to be scared of? Once they get comfortable with you, they won't shake so much.
Yes. My guinea pigs have learned how to do the 'Circle' and the 'Up' and to shake paws.
Flies can bite guinea pigs. They will bite and irritate guinea pigs, but no worries- that's how they lived in the wild. Notice that when flies go near their ears, they shake their heads. If you put your finger near their ear and softly touch the ear hair, they will shake their heads.

Yes Guinea Pigs do sneeze. it is a strange sound that can not be heard from a long distance, as it is very quiet. When a sneeze is made, the Pig will vibrate and shake for a very, very short time.

I have three
guinea pigs like to get rubbed in various places, it really depends on your guinea pig's personality but most guinea pigs love getting rubbed behind their ears and on the back. I think that's what you are asking. My guinea pigs love it when I rub them slowly behind their ears. They like to stretch and relax when I do it. They usually lay down when I do it and have this hazy face that has 'That Feels Good' written all over it. :P
