in the last few decades, since early manhood, men have had the idea that they must have a bigger penis to fully satisfy a woman. For most men, satisfying a woman is a major priority to them so most take their penis size quite seriously. Penis size has also worked it way into pop culture (songs, jokes, marketing campaigns that mention size) and men are often teased not only by women, but by other men that their penis is small, therefore making men very self conscious about it.
Fact is most men are more than adequate to be able to fully please a woman when it comes to size as the average penis is about 6 inches. Technique however, is a completely different question.
