Why would we? Not only is there no precedent or societal pressure to do so, but in fact we are discouraged from doing so. Women shave their armpits, legs, and sometimes other body parts. Men would be seen as effeminate and weird if they did. Why don't most women shave their faces?
It is considered effeminate and not manly for a man to shave any hairs from his body except his face, I personally think these who do are 'sissy' apart form certain sportsmen who do it for sporting reasons, i.e cyclists who shave their legs make them go faster, or if they fall, cleaning wounds can be healed without hair getting in the road, so to speak.

The best time to shave is after a bath or a shower! Make sure yu scrub under your arm with a cloth with soap on it! after that, get your shaver stick and shave the opposite way of which your hair grows! I know it sounds gross but its very true! Like Selena Gomez's pits! That's how they will turn out if you do that!
