My breath was misty in the cold winter air. When I am angry, I take a deep breath and it helps me feel much more calm. Take a deep breath here, as you have nearly finished!

Take a deep breath and just say "Hi!" If you don't look nervous, you wont feel nervous.
Well, your lungs help a ton. When you take a deep breath, your lungs get filled with air and get big. When you let go, your lungs go back small. If you go in the water, lay down and breath a big breath. You can feel yourself floating. Now let it out. You than can feel yourself sinking. Cool huh?
Take a deep breath, and then don't. Telling your teacher this is guaranteed to spoil the relationship you have now. (If you still feel this way after you graduate, then you can tell them.)
In the moment, take a deep breath and try to stay calm. Afterwards, communicate with her calmly about how her behavior made you feel and work together to find a solution for better communication in the future. If you feel overwhelmed or unsafe, seek support from a trusted adult or counselor.
Take a deep breath. Feel that opening and expanding in your chest? :) There, now. You're answered your own question. Spongy, wet, and squishy. Not something you want to go around feeling.
Kiss your girlfriend as gentle as you can. Don't rush in. Take a deep breath, close your eyes but be accurate. Hold her in the hands and slowly lean towards her and put your lips close to hers. Feel the warmth of her breath and the softness of her lips.

Umm...No
Here is how I do it. First, take a deep deep breath and gulp the air down your throat as if you are swalloing food. Next, you should feel the air in your throught, have your self gulp some more until you cannot feel the air in your throat anymore. After that you should be able to feel the air inside of you slowly growing your abdomen for you. I suggest that drinking water can help make this faster and help your belly bloat bigger. Try by taking the deep deep breath, swallow it, then gulp water down with the air. Thas it. Have fun. Come out with a plump mid section. Be safe. *If you are under 18, never do this without a responsible adult. Even if you are 18 or older, still have some one with you.*
