You know the shy mysterious act? that never works. Girls like confidence. tell her she is beautiful and make her feel good about herself. Then tell her how you feel. Just be honest weather they like you back or not it doesn't matter either way they will be flattered.

oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have to know them. you have to like them a ton. you have to have similar charicteristics. Every time they walk by you , you have to feel the power that is in between both of you. you have to be able to feel them loving you. You can tell by the examples i have given you.
