It can be nothing. That spasm feel like cramp is due to exercise, or it can be anything. It is NOT the heart in 90% of cases. It is a nerve between your ribs(heart area) that might be ripped or stock or else... It is not a serious problem-BUT if you can't live with it, you should see a doctor. But I got it for 2years and work out 6days a week and exercise is main cause of this. It is called:"intercostals myalgia".
