Solar reflection will decrease, and temperature will decrease.
It is difficult to predict the weather seven DAYS in advance, and you're asking for seven MONTHS? I'll give it a shot, but just remember; this prediction is worth what you paid for it. I predict that the temperature in Livermore, CA on October 18, 2009 will be.... (drum roll please).... 77 degrees. I'm basing this guess on the fact that I live in Sacramento, CA, and frequently am in and around Livermore on business. This would be typical of the high temperatures for the East Bay valleys. If I'm wrong, I guarantee that I'm not off by more than 15 degrees either way.
Weather is far too chaotic to predict almost two months in advance. The best you can do is refer to climatic averages.

By looking at what day the month starts on, you can tell if it has a Friday the 13th or not. Months with one will always start on a Sunday.

Winter is defined by meteorologists as being the three months with the lowest average temperature, being December, January and February in the Northern Hemisphere. The astronomical winter is based on the position of the Earth in relation to the sun. Weather conditions are not taken into account. Thus 21st December is the accepted date When it gets cold ;)

Yes.
It depends on the period. -- If the period is 1 year, the future value is 3.996 . -- If the period is 6 months, the future value is 2.026 . -- If the period is 3 months, the future value is 1.428 . -- If the period is 2 months, the future value is 1.269 . -- If the period is 1 month, the future value is 1.196 . These are compounded values. If interest is simple, then the value after 18 years is 2.44 .
