Because in the first PvP Arena Season in which Death Knights existed, they were extremely powerful compared to all the other classes. People who chose to play them were heavily rewarded, simply for choosing the most powerful character.
Another possible reason is that the average performance of Death Knight players is lower. Normally a person levels to 55 with their characters, and spends a lot of time learning how to use their class skills. A Death Knight starts at level 55, so the time spent learning how to play the class is lower. Less experience and practice means that many Death Knight players have less performance than other (normal) classes.
well neither of them did but warcraft did get them before dragonfable
World of Warcraft: Yes, Death Knights can wear the Bind to Account heirloom armor if they have an 80 on their account with the means to get it.
Sorry, death knights do not give out our passwords. We are smarter than that.
You be "born" as a Death Kknight. Since there is no free-flying in Azeroth, and the only way to get there is to fly, only Death Knights can access Acherus Hold.
They are called Death Knights, not Dark Knights. They are a class that's only obtainable with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. You must own the original World of Warcraft, Burning Crusade Expansion, Wrath of the Lich King expansion, and level a toon to at least level 65 before you can use one.
Warriors, mages, death knights, paladins, rogues, and hunters can use one handed swords.

You don't make swords as a DK (unless you learn Blacksmithing). You get your first sword from a quest, very soon after you create your character.
Rare quality items (Blue) All items give str and stamina. You start out at the start with green but you can quest to get blues.
In World of Warcraft, Death Knights get their epic armor the same time everyone else does....when they purchase it with gold or honor. Death Knights start out with RARE armor (blue quality) that they get from their starter quests. Once they leave the starting zone, they can start relacing that armor, but most if not all of it will be viable all the way up until they reach Northrend.
