Yes, however you may have a hard time getting them to fruit. They seem to require some light in order to fruit. Oklahoma State University has a "Growing Shittake Mushrooms" fact sheet that details how to grow and fruit mushrooms.

Mushrooms grow when it is moist and cool. Because there is no light to give them warmth they grow better in the dark.

However, many mushroom species require like to produce a mushroom--for example, oyster mushrooms and lions mane mushrooms need light.

No. I tried various wavelengths of UV (including typical "blacklight") and none produced flourescence in Morel Mushrooms.
