If your boyfriend is convinced that you're cheating (and you're really not), then he obviously has security issues.
Try to see here that the real issue is not that you're faithful, but rather that he isn't emotionally mature enough to place any faith in you.

If there is any suspect by either party about this kind of activity and both parties know individually that there is no reason to suspect, then there is very little trust in this relationship. The thought of distrust never enters my mind in my relationship with my wife ... never ever ... because we trust each other and our love for each other is so strong that the thought never crosses my mind.
I agree with the first answerer: find another boyfriend who trusts you and respects you.
