I have found that if you crack an egg on a 90 degree angled surface, it has a jagged edge that will tear the yolk when poured in to a container. I have heard that if you crack an egg on a curved surface, it will make a longer and smoother break resulting in less jagged edges that can rip the yolk.
Animals that hatch from eggs have developed using the proteins stored in the egg yolk and egg white. Their muscles are already formed when they break out of the shell.
4/5 eggs are equal to a cup. 7/8 egg whites are equal to a cup. 11/12 egg yokes are equal to a cup.

They grow inside the egg and the pressure grows and the egg stats to crack.
Reptile eggs are soft-shelled so that the babies can break out of the shells. Bird eggs are hard-shelled, because baby birds use their beaks to crack the shells of their eggs, but since reptiles don't have beaks to use to break their shells, their eggs have to be soft-shelled.
Breaking an egg is a physical change not a chemical one.
You have to crack the egg first then take the inside and put it in something else
Eggs don't bounce. If dropped it will crack open and splat.
yes very healthy
It would still be viable but the crack in the egg will probably render it useless for hatching. Cracks in eggs allow bacteria and disease to enter the fertilized eggs and effect the viability. Most cracked eggs do not make it to full hatch.
