Hello! i am a 23 year old female and I have the same problem. My nipples have a really bad taste to them and it doesnt matter how much i wash them or shower, the taste is still there. When my boyfriend sucks them, I can taste it myself. I do not know what is wrong or if anyone has any information on this problem.
It may be that women's nipples have oil glands around them that secrete oil constantly, and each has a different taste, some guys like it some dont just like oral sex.

Changes in diet, medication, or hormonal fluctuations can affect the taste of skin secretions, including nipple discharge. If you are experiencing a bitter taste in your nipples, it's advisable to consult a healthcare provider for proper evaluation and diagnosis.

Contrary to urban mith, nipples do not taste like onions. However, depending on which woman is to be spoken of, tastes may change depending on their genetic makeup. i.e. sweat
Cancer of the breast can cause this.
It is not recommended to put food or any substances on your nipples. The skin around the nipples is sensitive and delicate, and applying food or substances may lead to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or infections. It is best to keep your nipples clean and avoid using potentially harmful products on them.

The taste of a person's nipples can vary due to several factors, including sweat, body odor, and natural skin oils. Hormonal changes, diet, and hygiene practices can also influence the scent and taste of breast tissue. Additionally, the presence of bacteria on the skin can contribute to a more pronounced body odor in that area. It's important to remember that individual body chemistry varies widely among people.
