How do you stop parents from worrying about grades?
Earn good grades, but that wont even work , they will always worry, and hopefully always care enough to woory about you.
You are 16 can you move in with your grandmother if you have a job and good grades and she is willing 2 take care of you?
If you live in the US... Only if her parents give her permission, or the grandmother has been awarded custody (the only way that will happen is if the parents are proven to be unfit, and it takes A LOT to prove unfitness).

If you make an effort and work hard to get good grades, then your parents and brother will notice. You should also be attending often and not missing days.

Talk to them - tell them you're worried - they may be able to help, be more supportive. At least they will understand you care about your grades, which is important to them. Then, providing you work hard, they are likely to be much more sympathetic if you do do poorly.
