Simple:

As people become old, so does every part of them. For example, their heart becomes old, and so their bones become old. With that, they become weak, and this is due to all the work that they would've done throughout the person's life. If you use something for a long time, sometimes they would start to have wear and tear, and possibly break. This is the same with people's bones.

The bones will continue to be weaker every minute. However, this is the complete opposite for young people. As young people get older, their bones actually get stronger (due to the intake of Calcium etc.). There really isn't anything you can do if your bones are being weak and you're old. That's why old people aren't as lively as us "young wipper-snappers". Of course, my Grandpa seems to defy this fact, so there are some who aren't like this.

An increase in calcium rich foods, dairy produce such as cheese and milk and regular weight bearing exercises, walking, exercise bikes and lifting small weights will delay calcium loss for as long as possible. Calcium supplements are available over the counter.

Bones ten to get less dense as we age. This is enhanced by reduced sex hormones. All of our organs start to fail from

About mid twenties until the day we die- this is one example.
