Because they have a psychological distress. It’s a thing people have called (gender dysphoria) it’s basically a thing people think they are when they are not what they think they are. If they say that he’s a girl that means that he has gender dysphoria and needs medical attention same goes to gay,lesbian,etc etc. basically the lgbt community get triggered easily as they don’t like that others who are in the right brain disagree with them and will make that one comment as an ”offensive“. they also do not reproduce at all and they can’t handle a simple joke whatsoever. I said what I needed to say :)
