You see this sometimes when a spouse cheats on their significant other. When the other spouse finds out, they can act and kill their spouse or the person they cheated on them with.

Yes, many youth have commited crimes. they are protected under the youth crimanal justice act. I know of people who have commited crimes and are not adults yet. Adults commit more crimes but youth still commit some of them.

This is, admittedly, a matter of opinion. However, the opinions reflected in Florida law tend to prevail across the country.
