Hi, I'm a graduate. I'm married with 3 kids and I grew up with 11 other siblings of which I am the eldest. For me personally, 3 reasons why not to drop[ out of school is simply;
1. YOU need education today, at the very least basic education from school
2. School is a great platform to teach YOU discipline in terms of time management which can benefit your life later
3. School is a great social outlet for YOU to communicate and network and most importantly have a support group in terms of your peers.
If you are finding it hard to stay in school find a reason. To me the grades are secondary but more importantly is who you become later in life. But if you need something to help you with your studies than you can check out all the ebooks that are available on fantastic study techniques.
In short, stay in school! It's the cool thing to do :)
They shouldnt because if they are wanting to have a great job later in life thewill need to have their edjucation to have the job they want. Most jobs will go for the people that stayed in school and went to college.
Dropping out of school is a big decision. If you can, you should stick it out and try to graduate so you can get a better job than you'd get with no diploma. People who drop out are seen as quitters who don't make good employees, so even if you don't make great grades, you should try to stay the course and get the diploma.
Because they lack the self-esteem, motivation, mental capacity (no offense), and enthusiasm to continue their education. They think that they can make it in life going on 3rd grade education.
No, you should not drop out of school as a good education is key to setting a solid foundation for your future and gaining a good job.

They shouldn't because school gives you an education, and if you don't have an education, you will have trouble finding a job when you are older.
