Why don't you guys do some actual research so you can give the correct answers to questions?
Most questions are answered correctly. Some people may mistakenly give an incorrect answer. Some people deliberately give an incorrect answer. There is a team of dedicated people that try to give the correct answers and fix any answers that are wrong when they find them. There are millions of questions on the site, with more coming in every minute, so it is a huge task, but those volunteers do the best they can.
Why are other users giving the answers?
Because WikiAnswers is a "wiki", which is a type of site where the contributors/visitors to the site are the ones that give the answers. That is what is supposed to happen on this site. Of course, you will find that some "answers" will be given by people who are just here to have fun and really don't know the answers, but there are plenty of people who do answer questions here correctly. If you find an incorrect one, please feel free to change it. That's what this site is all about!

Most are but it depends on who answers them. Anyone can answer a question and some are incorrect.

"Never" is a strong word. While it is true that vandals, people thinking it is a joke to give bad answers and others waste their time putting bad or nonsense answers on the site, those "answers" are removed. Of course, if an incorrect answer is found, you are welcome to correct the information. If you cannot edit the answer, any of the 1000+ supervisors will be happy to help you!
