We grow hair for to keep in heat and for hygeine reasons. For hygeine think of all the little hairs in your nose and ears. They stop particles of dirt entering our bodies. And hair under our arms and around our gentitals do the same. They collest sweat and dirt. The other hairs all over our bodies trap heat in the cold and when it is warm they let heat out.
