I have never met anyone who hated poetry. If you hate it you have been badly taught. Complain to your parents and teachers immediately. People associate poetry with lovey-dovey crap and bad teachers.
Here are some reasons:
- It is vandalism if it's on private property (i.e. houses, cars)
- Costs thousands of money to remove it (depends on damages done on one or more property.)
HOWEVER, despite of the above said, many taggers do this still EVERY DAY.
Their parents' cars and/or walls are the dope-ist spots.
to show there art of because they all don't get in gallaries
Yes. Graffiti can be seen as a display of public art though in some instances it is illegal. Banksy is considered a graffiti artist. He creates social commentary while tagging the city. There is a difference though, between gang graffiti and art graffiti. http://www.banksy.co.uk/
Graffiti creates many negative effects, the foremost being the destruction of someone else's property. Graffiti can be an art form, but one should be respectful of other people and their property first.
Have artistic talent. That's really it. If you have original ideas and a good style then your good. Avoid being toy or else people will DEFF hate on you and buff you out. Just try to get up as much as you can, if this is what your going for it's not a matter of if you get busted by cops, it's when. Meet other graff writers and get a crew together. Most of all, just have your own style.

Most people do not like graffiti. It defaces buildings and signs, costs billions every year in cleaning, re-painting, or replacing of windows, signs, etc., and is a public nuisance. Many people believe that graffiti is associated with gangs, drugs, and criminal acts, so they hate and fear what graffiti represents. In some cities, police departments regularly investigate the codes and symbols used in graffiti in order to help combat gang-related crimes. They don't remove the graffiti, but instead use it just like tourists would use a map and "city guide" to understand the goings-on within a city. Many crimes have been solved by police detectives who have studied the "language and symbols" of graffiti. However, in opposition to the millions of people who hate graffiti, some groups consider it "street art". Some cities' councils have thrown up their hands and ended up setting aside places where graffiti is permitted.
There are no real studies, so no numbers have been collected. Most people, however, don't like graffiti because it messes up buildings and things and doesn't look good. There are a fewgraffiti artists who are talented enough so that their work does not look like a mess, but most of the graffiti is just sloppy and unpleasant looking.
its where people mess stuff up with their graffiti....Added: Vandalism
graffiti is a positive experience already it is just not used in the correct place people put graffiti on walls and express a bad image. People who want to express positive graffiti should have a special place to do that
Graffiti is an art, it's appreciated by many people. If you're a talented graffiti artist, I think you should make it your concept.

People Graffiti on trucks because they think it looks good and make them self look cool ( which it doesn't ) they may be board and its just something for them to do, or they may not be aloud to do graffiti at home so they go and find someone's truck to graffiti on. :)
Graffiti is a type of drawing that you find mostly outside. Graffiti is illegal and i recommend that you do not do graffiti. Sometimes you may see people do graffiti but they have a permit to do it and they are getting paid for it
