Why do people have scat sex I'm curious not interested in it just curious. It boggles my mind as to why people want it that nasty...?

There are probably as many reasons for having any fetish as there are people who have them. Some possibilities:

• a variation on a fetish for "infantilism" -- that is, adults pretending to be babies, complete with diapers, bottles, etc.
• humiliation, an erotic response to being humiliated or shamed.
• remember playing with mud? In tactile terms, feces can feel like mud, and whatever led us as kids to play with it has been carried into adulthood
• intimacy: what could be more intimate and devoted than dealing with your lover's feces?

Needless to say, scat sex can be very dangerous. Feces are, after all, concentrations of stuff the human body doesn't need. People who are into scat sex know how to protect themselves against disease (or at least they should!). This is one of those fetishes you have to be very, VERY careful about.

1. You can attribute some of it to common value of rare things. Rare things in human culture are often perceived as valuable.

2. Enjoyment of scandalous activity.

3. Enjoyment of the socially uncommon/rejected.

As perception changes - people get disgusted by various things. I know people that are more disgusted by kissing a puppy on the nose than being urinated on. Its all in the mind.

If you ask people that practice it you will discover that its more of the act it self than the feces them selves thats interesting to them about it.
