Well it seems like the relationship is a bit of a mess really. You don't trust him and he wants to go on a break. Well do you really see this going very far? If you don't trust him then it is not going to be a good relationship when you do go off from being on a break. He obviously thinks it isn't working that well either, I think it is best that you let this guy go.
