Why do people hunt deer?

Some people need to hunt for food, even in the US in this day and age. Trophy hunters mostly just like to kill things then show off. Some hunters don't NEED to hunt, but do eat what they kill , and are responsible, sportsmanlike hunters.

It is a sport. people can also eat the deer meat use the bones for tools and some mound there necks and faces on there walls.
