Most people do not like Hitler because he took it upon hismelf to senselessly murder millions of people. Additionally, he did not always "think negatively". He had positive goals and aspirations for the German people and saw himself as a savior for doing what needed to be done to make Germany and the German people the most powerful nation in the world.
As for the minority of people who like Hitler, they typically like him because they believe all of the prejudicial nonsense that he ascribes to. It is far easier to blame Jews, Romani, Blacks, Muslims, and other minorities for societal failings than to look introspectively and discuss what parts of the law really do not work and make substantive changes.
