I think because their weeaboo and they think everything anime is good, i have listen to a couple of Vocaloid songs but its really screechy and horrible. i stick to real people thank you very much --Ah, while it's true that there are a lot of weeby fans, I personally love the idea. Anyone can compose music and have a vocalist without hiring anyone or having to sing it themselves. I like writing music, but I can't sing for my life. If I wanted to publish something, I could buy a Vocaloid, write a bunch of songs using it, and sell an album. While it's true that they generally do not sound as pleasant as a real singer, it's no worse than a heavily autotuned singer, especially when edited well. As for liking Vocaloid songs, I tend to like the lyrics a lot, and if you find a popular song it's almost guaranteed to have several nice covers from the community, which lead to fun things like choruses and duets. It's also fairly easy to find Bass Guitar and piano covers for them, unlike with other music I like. The popular opinion seems to be that the lyrics are more meaningful and that the fanbase is more tightly-woven than anything in modern Western music, but I don't think that either of those are particularly true.
No Teto is not a Vocaloid. I have heard before that She was made to be a prank. She is mistaken to be a Vocaloid. She sounds like a Vocaloid(y) software.
People are not sure if the second VOCALOID for the 1st generation was LEON or LOLA. They were both released on the same day. For VOCALOID 2nd generation, Hatsune Miku was the second VOCALOID after Sweet ANN. Lastly the VOCALOID 3rd generation, VOCALOID SeeU is the 2nd after MEW.
MMD, or MikuMikuDance, is not the same thing as VOCALOID, as some people may think. It is a program in which the user can take VOCALOID characters and make movies using frame-by-frame motion. You do this by moving their bones and joints, then setting it each frame.Hope this helps~
Hatsune Miku doesn't have a story. She's a Vocaloid. She's not an anime character or anything like that. Although there is a Vocaloid manga called Hatsune Mix.
On the internet. Use 'Youtube to Mp3' converter and convert any song on youtube you like (i.e. any vocaloid song on youtube) so there you go :)
Vocaloid fans like Vocaloid. Vocaloid fans are located around the world. Vocaloid fans also have a tendency to like Japanese animation (anime) and comics (manga).
That is an opinion question. Some people might like vocaloid better than creepypasta and some people could think the opposite but in my opinion vocaloid is better but if you don't feel the same that's fine.

so far there is no vocaloid anime nor do they have plans to make one...it would be like a Japanese glee except vocaloid would actually be good!
no vocaloid is a music program and they are just characters with a voice some people like to pair characters together but there are no offical parings it is up to you you can pair any character with any character that you want.
You install a Vocaloid like any other piece of software. Price varies depending on the Vocaloid but can be as much as $200. You have to pay for Vocaloid, unless you illegally download it. However there is a program called UTAU that is similar to vocaloid and lets you create your own UTAUloid rather then just the one voice
Definitely Miku. People who have no idea what Vocaloid is would recognize Miku's official art or the chibi of her with a leek.
Like a Vocaloid, but for erotic sounds.

If you're talking about the Japanese vocaloid then you can't. But there are several ways to change vocaloid into English once you have it. Like in this video for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D01vaheD-Oc
