Mostly because the person has a disorder such as A.D.D, (Attention Deficient Disorder) So overall people misbehave to get attention and get an even better reputation in front of their peers... Another reasons is the person misbehaving is suicidal or emotionally challenged... They see life as dark, damp and worthless therefore they use their life to do things they think would help, which brings me to another point... The last more likely reason people misbehave is they are defending something they believe is right... They would march, or rebel against someone else for something they have done wrong, and to the community this is called "Mis-behaving"

*Mis-behaving*- The opposite of behaving, to not behold top quality or quality manners.

People may misbehave due to various reasons such as seeking attention, feeling distressed or frustrated, lacking social skills to manage their emotions effectively, or feeling rebellious against authority. Misbehavior can also be a way for individuals to test boundaries or assert their independence.
