Some people enjoy Call of Duty more for it's fast paced action and close quarters combat. In Battlefield, the maps are much larger, there are more players, it is mainly objective based, and the ONLY way you will win is with cooperation and teamwork. Call of Duty on the other hand, offers more game modes and does not require as much teamwork or patience as Battlefield. Personally, i feel like Call Of Duty's game mechanics and overall appearance is much smoother and outshines Battlefields, but once again, that is just my personal opinion, they are both great FPS's.
